This movable training vault box requires weighing down according to the level of the athlete (supplied without weight).

This copy of the vaulting box allows the athlete to reproduce the run + presents sequence.

The sliding plastic vault box is a tool for working the end vaulting race approach and finding the right feelings "without fear" and with leverage.

The goal here will be to slide the box across the floor and feel the energy transmission work, the more the athlete's level increases the more weight you can load on the box.
